When something goes wrong, the symptom (no heat, low flow, error code) almost never tells you the actual root cause directly. You have to work it backwards.

If a heater element is testing fine but you're still not heating, the answer is probably a flow issue, a thermistor reading wrong, or a relay sticking on the board — and replacing the heater would have done nothing. We see that mistake all the time on tubs that have already had "repairs."
