We provide hot tub and spa repair services in Hayden, ID and surrounding areas. Repairs are performed by qualified technicians.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once the spa is assessed on-site (e.g. additional faulty parts discovered during the repair).

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and check.

Warranties

All repairs backed by our workmanship guarantee. Parts warranty per manufacturer terms. Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty claims should be directed to us by phone on (208) 758-8151. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect of water chemistry, freeze damage, power surges, or unauthorized repair attempts after our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use of the spa.
